Single Bunk Room:  $600 per month.

Double Bunk Room:  $700 per month.

Double Bunk Room with Toilet:  $750.00 per month.

Double Bunk Room with Toilet and Shower:  $800.00 per month.

Cleaning deposit:  $100.00.

Pet deposit:  $100.00 deposit per pet.

Storage rental:  $50.00 per month.

Cigarette butt pick up fee:  $25.00 per month.

Walk in One Time Rate

Laundry:  $5.00 per load.

Shower:  $5.00 per shower.

Secure storage rooms for luggage, mountain bikes, and other equipment are available.

Pets are welcome.  Maximum of two pets per room.  Loud, obnoxious, or dangerous pets are excluded.  There is a pet deposit.
